Volker Halsch is Head of Public Sector at Arvato
Prior to joining Arvato, Volker Halsch was a member of the Executive Board and Head of Market Management at Vivento, Deutsche Telekom AG, where since 2007 his responsibilities included business development and management as well as sales. From 2002 to 2006 Halsch served as State Secretary at the German Federal Ministry of Finance. Halsch previously held other positions at the Ministry of Finance. An experienced administration professional and financial expert, he studied political science, sociology and economics at the universities of Würzburg and Heidelberg before going on to hold various positions in politics. The main focus of his activities lies on the modernization of administration, on public finance, and on human resources.
