Last month, an esteemed group of business and tech leaders converged on stage at the 9th Annual Silicon Valley Global Awards to examine what it takes for a company to develop their global reach. Arvato Bertelsmann and SVG partners assembled top executives to explore the theme of “Growing and scaling the right way.”

The panel was comprised of executives from; Arvato, Andreessen Horowitz, Fitbit, WhiteHat Security, and Flextronics. Each executive articulated their perspective on the afternoon’s topic and addressed making the decision to expand, what regions to expand to, and how a company’s internal culture influences the big picture of the growth.
