Arvato announces new hires that strengthen Ecommerce team in North America

To further support Arvato’s rapid growth within the consumer products industry vertical, Arvato has added Consumer Goods veterans: Craig Hayes as VP of Supply Chain operations, Ferka Vukel, Business Development Director and Benjamin Messner, Sr. Director of Account Management.
Craig Hayes brings extensive experience from his former role as VP of Operations at eBay Enterprise (now Radial), where he drove innovation at 3PL fulfilment operations across North America. His background has helped accomplish cost reduction, successful distribution expansion, improved processes, transportation optimization and holiday peak volume/ labor scaling. Additionally, Craig is well-versed in domestic and international manufacturing, B2C ecommerce distribution, B2B store fulfillment, distribution engineering, inventory optimization, and logistics.
Ferka Vukel also transfers comprehensive client and supply chain knowledge from her fourteen years at Bergen Logistics. Based out of New York City, her focus will be on consulting the fashion & beauty Industry, in particular, advising on strategies that will support their growth expectations globally.

Benjamin Messner is an eCommerce leader with broad insight on full-service eCommerce. He came to Arvato from Netrada in 2014 and has recently transitioned from Germany to our New York office. Ben will deploy his expertise to grow our consumer products account team in North America and promote Arvato’s global Omni channel solutions.
