Since there are countless device variants across multiple providers, our customers needed to reduce their SWAP pool inventory, as well as refurbishment costs. we designed a breakthrough service that offers a variant pool in the middle which keeps the high volume variants in it at all times. External repairs can be added to the variant pool without “neutralization” with the following options:
-Consumption-driven control of neutral SWAP inventory
-Direct shipment of variant SWAP pool to end-customer
-Direct shipment from the neutral “Vanilla” pool to end-customers with possible customization before send-out
